All
our
treatment
rooms
are
private
and
air-conditioned.
In
order
to
keep
them
as
tranquil
as
possible
for
all
our
clients
we
ask
that
no
young
children
are
brought
to
the
Salon
and
mobile
phones
are
turned
off
during
your
time
with
us.
APPOINTMENTS/CONFIRMATIONS
*Treatment times shown are generally not the length of your
treatment, but rather your complete visit to the Salon.
*There may be times when you are delayed for an appointment.
In order to cause as little inconvenience as possible to any
client we will do our best to offer you a time-reduced treatment
(which will be charged at the original price).
*As an extra service to our clients we phone to confirm most
appointments of 30 minutes or more.
DEPOSITS/CANCELLATIONS
We do ask new clients, and those booking appointments of 1
½ hrs or more, for credit/debit card details to secure
their booking. Our cancellation policy will apply and be charged
to the card number given to us.
We
kindly
request
that
clients
give
us
at
least
24
hours
notice
of
cancellation/change
to
an
appointment.
We
reserve
the
right
to
charge
a
cancellation
fee
of
50%
if
an
appointment
is
cancelled
within
24
hours
and
cannot
be
filled.
Missed
appointments
will
be
charged
at
100%
of
the
treatment
price.
