We hope the following will be of help to you when planning your treatments with us.    


Our Opening Hours:


 Monday 9.30 am - 6.30 pm
 Tuesday 9.30 am - 8.00 pm
 Wednesday 9.30 am - 8.00 pm
 Thursday 9.30 am - 8.00 pm
 Friday 9.30 am - 6.30 pm
 Saturday 9.00 am - 4.00 pm


Appointments


  • On your first visit to the Salon please arrive early to complete a consultation card, relax & enjoy a complimentary refreshment


  • If you are delayed for your appointment, please understand that your treatment will end on time so your therapists' next client will not be inconvenienced


  • Payments may be settled by cash, cheque, credit cards (not American Express)


  • We aim to confirm all appointments 24 hrs beforehand either by text or phone, so please ensure we have your current mobile/land line phone number


  • Late nights and Saturdays are very popular so we would suggest you book well in advance

Mobile Phones


  • We try to create a tranquil & relaxing environment for all our clients, so as a courtesy to other clients please turn mobile phones to silent during your visit with us

Children


  • To meet with insurers requirements, but also to maintain a relaxed atmosphere for all our clients, we would ask that no babies or children under the age of 10 are brought to the Salon - we would hate for you to miss your treatment

  • If you would like to receive our special offers & promotions on a regular basis please let us have your e-mail address and mobile number

Our Cancellation Policy

We often have to turn clients away due to the high demand for our services so we would request your assistance in giving us as much notice as possible if you need to change/cancel your appointment.  We always try to rebook your space so you avoid any cancellation fees, but if this is not possible the following charges apply:



  • 50% charge if you give us less than 24 hrs notice and we are unable to fill your reserved therapy room/therapist

  • If you forget your appointment completely there is a 100% charge


  • All new clients booking an appointment of 30 minutes or more are asked for a credit card deposit of 50%.  This deposit is taken from your card details 24hrs before your appointment. If you would prefer to provide a cash deposit this will need to be credited to your appointment 24 hrs beforehand

Gift Vouchers


  • If you are using a Gift Voucher to pay for your treatment please let us have your Gift Voucher number when booking


  • Please give your Gift Voucher to our Receptionist before your treatment


  • Gift Vouchers are valid for 6 months from date of purchase and unfortunately we are unable to extend them


  • If Gift Vouchers are lost they cannot be replaced or re-issued


  • Gift Vouchers can be used for treatments or products
